Clark Global City (CGC) is a state-of-the-art 177-hectare master-planned commercial and business center within Clark Freeport Zone. CGC secured a 50-year long-term lease contract (exercised the option to renew for an additional 25 years) with Clark International Airport Corporation for the development of the parcel of land in the Clark Freeport Zone until 2085.

The New Clark City is a 9,450-hectare master-planned city located within the Clark Special Economic Zone. The comprehensive master development plan is formed in collaboration with Japan Overseas Infrastructure Investment Corporation for Transport and Urban Development (JOIN), and in partnership with urban planning and engineering firms.

Clark International Airport. Before COVID-19, the airport was already processing 4 million passengers per annum (MPPA) with 674 flights weekly; 202 of which were international flights, 472 were domestic flights. The phase 1 of its expansion will be inaugurated in 2021– which can expand its capacity to 12 MPPA.
